In response to your numerous suggestions and requests, we have decided to create a completely NEW programme for you! It is a loyalty programme based on recycling our packaging. We know that for the majority of you the concept of a clean planet and caring for the environment is as important as it is for us, that is why we want to create such a world together with you!

The new programme “Be eco-friendly with KOI” is based on exchanging empty jars of our products for a discount for another product according to the principle – do not throw away – return! Since all of our jars are made from glass, we take over the responsibility of recycling while you can enjoy your next product. We hope to create a cool symbiosis!

For many years, an ecological approach, that is minimalism and the elimination of unnecessary materials, has been important to us. From the very beginning, we knew that we wanted to sell our cosmetics exclusively in glass jars. We have resigned from extra packaging, that is cardboard boxes, which usually end up in the waste bin straight away… We try to do the necessary minimum when it comes to leaflets. We have also adapted our shipping packaging to the “less waste” concept – we often use materials that we have received from someone else (reusing) and our filler scrap is biodegradable, plant-based, water-soluble and environmentally friendly! We have resigned from stickers in favour of a natural stamp. The cardboard and tissue paper that we use to pack our creams in are made from natural materials. We use cartons of different sizes to minimise the amount of filler scrap, depending on the quantity and type of products you order.

We are aware that we are still at the beginning of the journey so it’s a great excuse to introduce new, good habits and we encourage you to do the same!

Terms and conditions of the programme:

Return 4 empty glass KOI containers (they must be with the labels). Those can be jars from any product.You can return the jars: personally (ul. Piękna 19/-1, please make an appointment over the phone), use a courier service, post them, use the option Orlen Parcel (PPP 975326) or bring the containers to a sales fair if we take part in one. We do not accept pay on delivery parcels.Please send us an email to inform us that you have posted the jars to us or returned them personally.Once the jars are received and checked, we will send information to your email and a discount code for the next product. The code will be active for 14 days from the date on the email. The discount is PLN 25 for your next purchase online or directly.If you have many jars (e.g. 8 or 12), you can send all of them to us and we will give you a discount accordingly, for separate purchases.Joining the programme is free of charge, voluntary and optional. The cost of shipping is covered by the sender of the package (a customer).Discounts can not be combined with other codes and promotions.Discounts are not exchangeable for cash equivalent.
